As Christians united in our common faith that Jesus, the Son of God, lived and died for the sins of all people, and has commanded us to go and tell of his resurrection; It is our mission at Mt. Olive to serve our Lord and one another in love by sharing the good news of our risen Savior in our community and throughout the world, and nurturing our members through Word and Sacrament.

Mt. Olive has been sharing the message of God’s love to Suamico and the surrounding area for more than fifty years. Mt. Olive a member of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS). The WELS is a church organization that in the spirit of the sixteenth century reformer, Martin Luther, holds to the authority and truth of God's Word. The WELS partners with several other international church bodies to form a global ministry partnership.
